1. Material : All the material will be 100% checking when arrived our warehouse.

2.All the order will have a pre-production sample, This sample can help us check all material again, and help workers to know every detail.

3.All the driver (lamps' power supplier) will be aging tested by machine first.

4. Take the aging tested driver with the assembled light , All the lamps will be 100% aging test ,12 hours constant aging test and 12 hours turn on and turn off circle test. total need aging test 24 hours in our factory.

5.Packing : All the lamps will be tested the power output again, When the lamp finished aging test.

6.QC will pick up one or two lamps to test Photoelectric parameters every 2 hours when we packing.
